Dollarama in Nova Scotia is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, staffing, scheduling, and inventory while upholding company standards. You will lead and develop store staff, ensure customer satisfaction, manage cash, safety, and opening/closing procedures, and drive growth through effective team performance.

Role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Overseeing store operations and ensuring policy compliance.
• Leading, motivating, and developing store staff to achieve goals.
• Assisting with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking shipments.
