Job summary

Urban Barn is seeking a Full-time Assistant Store Manager for the Cambridge, ON store to partner with the Manager in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. You will guide customers, drive sales, and uphold store standards in a collaborative team environment.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail sales management, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to coach and develop top performers. Flexibility for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts is essential.

Salary Range: $41,500.00 To $46,500.00 Annually

Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:
