Urban Barn in Mississauga (Argentia) is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations and coach the sales team. You will partner with the Manager and Assistant Manager to deliver a welcoming shopping experience and drive store performance.

Open to 30-40 hours per week with weekday, weeknight and weekend shifts, you will guide customers, train staff, and help with stock and merchandising while maintaining our visual standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Experience leading a customer service team.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule (days, evenings, weekends).
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs (23 kg).

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

• Guide customers in their decor choices
• Open, prepare and close the store
• Train and coach team members
• Supports operational tasks for stock and merchandising
• Ensure the performance of the store
• Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
