Job summary

Urban Barn’s Mississauga Outlet is seeking a Full-time Store Supervisor to help lead a vibrant, design-focused team. You’ll work closely with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive environment and an outstanding shopping experience.

The role requires 30–40 hours per week across weekdays, weeknights and weekends, with competitive salary, commissions and bonuses, plus staff discounts, benefits and RRSP options. Join a national retailer passionate about home.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail sales experience.
• Experience in Customer Service Leadership.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• Ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

• Open, prepare and close the store.

Participate in the leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Supervisor, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.
