Urban Barn Ltd. in Griffintown, Montréal, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the sales team and drive outstanding customer experiences. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in Retail Sales Management and the ability to coach staff toward higher performance.

You will manage merchandising, inventory, and store standards while growing the business within the local community. The position offers a salary range of $58,000 to $68,000 CAD annually, plus bonuses, group benefits, and development

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Sales Management.
• Experience developing top sales teams and stretching individuals to their full potential.
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate.
• Ability to effectively communicate – provide and receive feedback in the moment.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.
• Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $68,000.00 Annually

Provide the guidance and leadership for our sales team within an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating an excellent customer and employee experience while achieving sales targets and promotional results for your store. Considered the leaders of our organization, Store Managers champion Urban Barn values through promoting respect, honesty, and fairness among our store teams. This is achieved by inspiring, encouraging, and coaching our people to be their best. You work with the Regional Manager to ensure continued improvement of overall store performance in sales and culture.

Our stores are open daily and on weekends, so we are looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts and be present in our locations during peak customer times (i.e. weekdays, weeknights, and weekends).
