Job summary

Urban Barn is opening a new store in Lebourgneuf, Québec City this fall and seeks an Assistant Store Manager to join the team. You will work with the Store Manager to create a positive environment and deliver memorable customer experiences while driving sales.

With a growing network of stores nationwide, Urban Barn offers opportunities to lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team in a dynamic retail setting in Québec. The role requires flexibility for weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Retail Sales Management experience.
• Experience with achieving sales targets.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a team of top performers.
• Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts).
• The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg.

• Communicate your expectations to the team and provide training, coaching, and feedback.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $47,000.00 Annually

Participate in the management of an inspiring furniture and home décor store. As anAssistant Store Manager, you will collaborate with the Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our new store is set to open in early October. We’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
