We’re looking for an Assistant Program Manager - Merchandising to lead, coach, and inspire a regional team of visual merchandising supervisors across our vibrant garden centre locations. From annual blooms to stunning potted arrangements, you’ll help shape the in-store experience with fresh, seasonal displays that wow customers and support strong sales.

Compensation

Rainbow offers a competitive compensation package commensurate with education, experience and proven results ($55K-80K+ annually).
