The Job

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations of the Front-End department to ensure an exceptional level of customer service is maintained
  • You’ll hire, train, manage and motivate a team to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • You’ll be responsible for daily scheduling needs and coordination
  • You’ll manage ordering and inventory of lottery and tobacco
  • You’ll communicate to your team on performance, policies and pertinent issues

Pay for this job:

Pay: CA$23.00 – CA$29.50 per hour

Starting Range: $23.00-$24.75
Most new team members start within this range, depending on their experience and skills.

Growth Range: Up to $29.50
