The company offers intelligent solutions to move air efficiently and supplies a range of high‑quality industrial fans and blowers throughout the Canadian market.

Location: Head Office – Mississauga.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation package, with an annual gross salary starting at $43,000 (dependent on qualification), a matched retirement savings program, up to 10 days of vacation per year plus all Canadian and Ontario statutory holidays, generous Christmas and New Year break, comprehensive health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Employment Type

Full‑time – 40 hours per week. Evening and weekend work may be required.

The Assembly Technician will perform fan assembly and packaging tasks in a manufacturing environment, operating a variety of hand and power tools. Responsibilities include preparation of fan components, assembly of fan modules, and packaging of fan units, following established procedures and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read instructions and wiring diagrams to assemble fans properly.
  • Complete the pre‑assembly checklist on all components before assembly.
  • Assemble fan components, modules, and other products in accordance with Rosenberg Fans Canada Ltd. and manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Terminate wiring connections of fans.
  • Crimp wire connections.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely during assembly and testing.
  • Package fans in a protective manner for safe shipment.
  • Prepare and keep the work area clean.
  • Maintain a safe work area, adhering to all health and safety policies.
  • Sweep floors, perform general clean‑up, and dispose of garbage.
Work Conditions
  • Must be able to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Required to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs over a distance of 5 feet.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety boots is mandatory.
  • Regularly works in an indoor environment near moving mechanical parts.
  • Must be physically capable of lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying objects and maintain core support over time.
  • Requires good manual dexterity and strong multi‑limb coordination.
