  • Leadership & Direction: Provide day-to-day creative leadership to the design team—mentoring, inspiring, and guiding designers through concept, development and production while ensuring brand integrity and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Champion a culture of positivity, mentorship and continuous learning, where ideas are shared openly, constructive feedback is welcomed, and team members feel supported to grow.
  • Demonstrate a proficient understanding of emerging design and cultural trends, including colour theory, typography, layout and composition to ensure creative remains fresh, relevant and impactful in the shopper marketing landscape.
  • Invest in understanding client brands, including visual standards and tone.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met within allocated budgets.
  • Follow project development and provide guidance on concepts through studio development, proactively communicating with project / team leads, providing progress updates to ensure deliverables are provided within the prescribed timelines.
