Job summary

Bedrock Homes Limited in Edmonton, AB is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead the sales team and drive the sale of residential homes in designated communities. You will mentor sales associates, manage CRM workflows, and ensure high customer satisfaction while upholding Bedrock Homes’ standards.

You will attend sales meetings, oversee the sales center hours, coordinate marketing initiatives, and maintain safety and operations.

Qualifications

• High school or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of New Home sales experience.
• Intermediate computer competencies with customer database management.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Criminal Records Check required.

Responsibilities

• Attend all Sales Meetings to improve strategies and mentor the sales team.
• Open and operate the Sales Center during hours.
• Oversee sales and marketing processes.
• Register visitors into the Lasso CRM.
• Process sales documents and monies within 24 hours of Purchase Agreement.
• Maintain safety and upkeep of sales center and show homes.
• Provide ongoing customer service to existing clients.
