Job summary

Vaco by Highspring in Ontario is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable specialist to manage day-to-day AR activities and support credit processes for a diverse client base. You will handle collections, payments, reconciliations, and respond to customer inquiries to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle accounts receivable.
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, including collections, payment processing, account reconciliations and customer inquiries.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively manage overdue accounts.
• Review customer credit applications, establish and monitor credit limits, and assess credit risk.
• Review and approve customer orders in accordance with established credit policies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reporting and provide visibility into receivables and issues.
• Act as a super user for financial systems, including HighRadius.
