Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is hiring for an Accounts Receivable specialist in the Greater Toronto Area. You will manage day-to-day AR activities, including collections, payments, reconciliations, and responding to customer inquiries.

The role emphasizes proactive cash collection and collaboration with internal teams. The position requires 3+ years in full cycle AR, ERP experience, and strong Excel/Data reporting skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full cycle accounts receivable.
• Experience working with ERP or financial systems.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable, including collections, payment processing, account reconciliations and customer inquiries.
• Monitor outstanding balances and proactively manage overdue accounts.
• Review customer credit applications and monitor credit limits.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies with customers and internal teams.
• Prepare weekly and monthly AR reporting and provide visibility into receivables and issues.
