  • Loading and unloading building materials and transporting them to the workshop
  • Assembly and dismantling of concrete form work, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks and barriers on construction sites
  • Mixing, pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Helps heavy equipment operators secure attachments to equipment
  • Signals to guide heavy equipment operators on the move
  • Assists in aligning pipes and performing related work during construction of oil and gas pipelines
  • Rock drilling and blasting support at construction site
  • Rake and shovel to level the soil to fine specifications
  • Remove debris and other debris from construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows and other equipment
  • Operation of pneumatic hammers, vibrators and rammer machines
