Our Lender Services team safeguards investments and supports the successful delivery of complex residential, commercial, and industrial development projects. Acting as the lender’s trusted advisor, we provide comprehensive oversight from initial budget reviews through construction monitoring, evaluating costs, schedules, and risks to ensure financial confidence at every stage. With deep expertise in construction and project finance, our team enables lenders to make informed decisions and helps developers navigate the funding process efficiently, driving stronger and more resilient projects.

Our Project Monitoring and Lender Services team is looking for an Analyst - Student to join us in our Calgary office during the summer months.

What You Get To Learn And Do
  • Assist in conducting site inspections.
  • Support the preparation of periodic reviews of progress claim reports.
  • Support the preparation of budget reviews through detailed analysis of development proposals with comprehensive knowledge of typical lender requirements and terms of engagement.
  • Undertaking project tasks and provide administrative support as needed.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Learn about maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
  • Learn the business trends and impacts on the real estate and construction industries in the local market.
What You'll Bring
  • Having 0+ years of relevant experience.
  • Enrolled in a post-secondary educational institution equivalent to Architectural Building Technology, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Finance, Construction Engineering or Project Management.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with good organizational, communication and report writing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and ability to work to own initiatives.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail to produce quality work with good time management.
  • Hold a valid drivers license.
  • A great attitude and desire to learn!
