A leading aerospace company in Dorval, Canada, is seeking an Analyst for Change Management & Training in Engineering Strategy and Governance. The successful candidate will contribute to the engineering talent management roadmap and lead training program initiatives, requiring a Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years of industry experience. Excellent project planning and communication skills are essential.
