Job summary

At BMO in Calgary, we seek a Business Analyst focused on AI-Enabled Delivery. You will bridge business needs with technology solutions, leveraging Gen AI to accelerate delivery, improve requirements quality, and optimize outcomes across the SDLC.

In this role you will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers and QA to elicit requirements, craft user stories, map processes, and support UAT/SIT while ensuring responsible AI usage throughout projects.

Qualifications

Strong business analysis skills and stakeholder management across complex technology initiatives.
Hands-on experience with AI-enabled delivery and AI-assisted tools throughout the SDLC.
Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, user stories and testable acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements to support strategic technology initiatives.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with objectives and outcomes.
Conduct current-state and future-state assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
Perform gap analyses, impact assessments, and feasibility studies.
Support UAT, SIT, and End-to-End testing activities.
