Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, automation, software development, data analytics, AI solutions, or a related area.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing business processes and developing practical technology-based solutions.
• Strong working knowledge of Lean, continuous improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience with AI technologies, workflow automation, low-code development platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization.
• Facilitate process discovery sessions and collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and priorities.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-enabled tools, workflow automations, and business solutions.
• Configure and support solutions using Microsoft 365 technologies (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, etc.), ChatGPT, Claude, or other approved business tools.
• Partner with business leaders and employees to ensure solutions align with operational needs and Measure solution effectiveness and support continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.
• Develop user documentation, training materials, and best practices to support adoption.
• Deliver training, coaching, and support, to help employees effectively leverage AI and automation technologies.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend practical applications that support business objectives.
• Support continuous improvement, operational excellence, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
