Job summary

BMO InvestorLine seeks a Senior Manager – AI Strategy & Product Management to shape its AI portfolio and translate opportunities into actionable roadmaps. The role combines strategy, product leadership, and transformation to deliver AI value within a responsible, regulated framework.

The successful candidate will bring structured problem solving, business judgment, technical fluency in modern AI capabilities, and a proven ability to drive strategy through execution in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

6+ years in strategy and product roles, incl. 2+ years in management consulting and 2+ years as AI product owner
Shipped an AI product
Strong understanding of AI lifecycle, governance, and regulatory considerations
Experience in regulated industries is preferred

Responsibilities

Own AI strategy, portfolio, and multi-year roadmaps.
Identify AI opportunities and build business cases with measurable impact.
Lead AI products from discovery through launch and adoption.
Collaborate across business, technology, data, design, operations, risk, legal, and external partners.
Ensure measurable value within responsible AI and regulatory framework
