BMO Financial Group is seeking a Manager - AI Operations to lead monitoring, optimization and governance of AI-enabled capabilities within the Virtual Connect contact centre. The role partners with product, technology, analytics and risk to ensure AI solutions deliver measurable value and meet enterprise standards.

The candidate will support AI initiatives, interpret business results, manage risk, and develop communications for leadership.

Aufgaben

• Lead ongoing monitoring, optimization and governance of AI-enabled capabilities within BMO Virtual Connect.
• Partner with product, technology, analytics and risk to ensure AI solutions operate effectively and meet standards.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to track performance.
• Manage risk, including operational and compliance risk and reporting processes.
• Act as trusted advisor to assigned business groups and develop AI strategy and plans.
• Influence and negotiate to achieve business objectives and prioritize initiatives.
• Provide input into planning and implementation of operational programs.
