Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking an AI Delivery Director to lead planning, execution, and delivery of strategic AI initiatives for Wealth Canada. The role coordinates across Engineering, Architecture, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Business teams to deliver compliant, secure multi-agent AI solutions on Azure in a hybrid setup.

Senior leadership with hands-on capability, responsible for end-to-end lifecycle from intake to value realization, leveraging enterprise AI capabilities and SDLC practices.

Qualifications

15+ years of technology delivery leadership in large complex environments.
Experience delivering AI/ML or generative AI solutions in production.
Strong knowledge of wealth management digital platforms and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technology delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
Embed AI SDLC practices across requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.
Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance in all AI-enabled solutions.
Provide executive reporting on outcomes, risks, and financials.
