Qualifications

• 12+ years of technology delivery experience, with a strong technical foundation in software/platform engineering or infrastructure.
• 7+ years in program management, delivery leadership, or technical leadership handling large-scale programs.
• Deep technical understanding of software delivery, cloud architectures, and modern engineering practices.
• Proven track record delivering complex AI/ML/data/platform programs in production environments.
• Strong ability to influence and lead technical teams while driving program execution and accountability.
• Experience establishing governance, delivery frameworks, and operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with ability to influence senior executives and partners.
• Data-driven decision making with OKRs, KPIs, and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of RBC Borealis AI's most strategic and complex programs with clear roadmaps and milestones.
• Define business cases, scope, timelines, and budgets for major AI initiatives.
• Oversee multiple large-scale AI delivery programs and manage cross-team dependencies.
• Establish governance, processes, and tooling to mature program management across the AI group.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and mitigations.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to balance technical excellence with delivery timelines.
