Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a Manager to lead the Assisted Onboarding Journey Enablement team within Business Banking. The role focuses on streamlining origination, decisioning and fulfillment, driving end-to-end journey improvements and AI-enabled enhancements in partnership with Technology and Digital teams.

The successful candidate will own onboarding outcomes, develop business cases, and manage multiple workstreams while delivering measurable savings and improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading process improvement and change initiatives in a large, complex organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; translate data into improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding outcomes and performance measures, delivering measurable improvements.
• Develop business cases, process designs and implementation plans.
• Build dashboards and reports to track journey outcomes and digital enablement.
• Lead change management activities including readiness, planning, and stakeholder engagement.
