Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for the Ponoka Agriculture location. The TM will grow customer relationships, drive sales and rental revenue for New & Used Wholegoods, and manage an active sales pipeline within the defined AOR.

The role requires knowledge of John Deere equipment and the ability to travel as needed, with opportunities for advancement within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in agriculture equipment is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Willingness to travel as needed (driver's license and passport may be required).

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new accounts in the defined territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve sales targets set by Brandt.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline for opportunities.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods and rental options.
• Understand product features and benefits to drive sales.
• Maintain records of sales activities and quotes.
• Provide timely lost sales reports to management.
• Represent Brandt at industry events as required.
• Stay current on product knowledge and industry models.
