Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd in Pincher Creek, AB, is seeking a Territory Manager for Agriculture to cultivate customer relationships and drive sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods.

The role requires knowledge of potential users of John Deere equipment within the AOR, travel as needed, and collaboration with Brandt – Parts & Service and other brands. Strong sales drive and bilingual skills are assets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture equipment is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.
• Highly motivated, energetic entrepreneurial outlook.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge including Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to travel; valid driver's license and passport required.
• Bilingual English and French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Achieve sales targets as set by the Company.
• Develop a comprehensive sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Promote and sell New & Used Wholegoods assigned to the role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase options.
• Apply product knowledge to drive sales success.
• Maintain records of sales activities and quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports weekly.
