Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd is seeking a Territory Manager for our Claresholm Agriculture location. The TM will cultivate customer relationships to increase sales and rental revenue of New and Used Wholegoods within the defined AOR, and identify opportunities across Brandt's parts, service, and other product areas.

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of agriculture equipment and strong interpersonal skills to prospect and negotiate with customers while maintaining accurate activity records and

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture equipment is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts.
• Ability to present and negotiate with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• New account creation and development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential Customers. Achieve Sales targets as set out by the Company.
• Continuous development of a comprehensive Sales Pipeline of immediate/future Customer opportunities.
• Promote & sell all types of New & Used Wholegoods assigned to role.
• Promote rental and rental purchase of New and Used Wholegoods.
• Understand and apply Machine and Company Feature, Advantage, Benefit statements to drive sales success.
• Deliver continuous Prospecting activity and development of new accounts.
• Keep current on product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
• Actively participate in and promote Brandt during industry events as required.
• Maintain accurate records of Sales activities, Customer interactions, and Quotations.
• Submit lost sales reports on a timely basis. Lost sales reports are to be filled out on all lost sales and submitted on a weekly basis to the manager. These are a must to receive, as competitive pricing is required by John Deere.
