A real estate brokerage is seeking a remote, contract Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Broker with real estate conveyancing and brokerage operations. Responsibilities include drafting contracts, coordinating transaction details, ensuring compliance, and maintaining organized documentation. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and prior experience in conveyancing or real estate administration. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Previous conveyancing or real estate admin experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and process contracts, addendums, assignments, and conveyancing instructions.
  • Coordinate all transaction details, deposits, closings, and key releases.
  • Complete FINTRAC forms and ensure compliance with BCFSA and board regulations.
  • Liaise with lawyers, lenders, and agents to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain transaction checklists, organize documents, and manage communications.
