Qualifications

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in addictions, mental health and case management required.
  • Preference for candidates registered or can register with a professional college.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR (Level C) and G Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client prioritization and intake.
  • Facilitate access to primary care and mental health supports.
  • Conduct assessments and develop realistic goals with clients.
