Based out of New Glasgow, NS Crombie REIT seeks an Accounts Receivable Administrator to manage rent billings, tenant deposits and reconciliations for a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy and adherence to corporate policies.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, meet deadlines, and prepare AR reports while supporting budget changes in Yardi. The role emphasizes minimizing aging and delivering reliable financial data in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting support functions.
• Experience with accounting/ERP systems (Yardi/Voyager is a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage financial data accurately.

Responsabilités

• Process monthly rent billings, property tax billings, and ad-hoc billings.
• Process daily deposits and apply payments to tenant accounts; reconcile accounts as required.
• Prepare monthly AR reports and ensure deadlines are met.
• Communicate with tenants on billing and collection matters to minimize aging.
