Northland Properties Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager in Vancouver to lead the AR function across multiple brands. You will manage daily AR operations, supervise the AR team, and drive collections performance while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Finance.

The role combines hands-on financial leadership with strategic initiatives, requiring strong technical accounting knowledge and a focus on operational excellence within a multi-entity environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive accounting, accounts receivable, credit, or collections experience, including team leadership.
• Experience in multi-entity or geographically diverse organizations.
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong understanding of AR operations, reconciliations, internal controls, and period-end accounting.
• Experience prioritizing collections by aging, value, and risk.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and ERP familiarity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to lead process improvements and develop team performance.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end accounts receivable and collections processes with accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Manage billing, cash application, reconciliations, collections, and customer account resolutions.
• Monitor AR aging and implement effective collection and escalation strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales and Finance on terms, limits, holds and priorities.
• Support month-end and year-end AR reconciliations and reporting.
• Lead, coach and develop AR team and establish service standards.
