Overview

HireLoft Recruitment is looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a property management organization known for its team-oriented culture and long-standing employee retention. What You’ll Do:

• Post new client data and payments, ensuring accuracy across ledgers and systems.
• Manage daily bank deposits and reconcile accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
• Monitor aged receivables, follow up on overdue accounts, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare notices, letters, and required documentation in compliance with residential tenancy regulations.
• Work with property managers and legal representatives on collections and tribunal filings.
• Update tenant records, including parking allocations and account changes.
• Provide monthly reporting on receivables status to management.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven accounts receivable experience, preferably in multi-residential property management.
• Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act and Landlord/Tenant Board processes is an asset.
• Strong data entry accuracy and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Exceptional communication and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working 100% on-site in a confidential, paper-based environment.
