The Accounts Payable Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Manage and maintain rejection codes to ensure accurate processing
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors, ensuring timely follow-ups
  • Reconcile strategic vendor accounts with precision and consistency
  • Provide support to the accounts payable team by delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and statistics across all payables
  • Optimize daily, weekly, and monthly reports to be shared with management, identifying opportunities for improving overall AP performance
  • Maintain accounts payable databases and ensure all records, procedures, and practices comply with company policies
  • Update and maintain documentation, processes, and procedures
  • Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, complex formulas)
  • Strong analytical and data synthesis skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
  • Knowledge of CAP standards
  • Results-driven and client-focused
