Job summary

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Accounts Payable Electronic Files
• Process expense reports and auto-debit invoices
• Data entry of invoices.
• May perform other duties as assigned, including work in other functional areas to cover absences of relief, to equalize peak work periods or otherwise to balance the workload.

Qualifications:

• Administration/Accounting Diploma/Certificate
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office programs, specifically Excel
• Experience with Microsoft D365 or Visual is an asset
• Must be highly organized, accurate and be able to do basic mathematical computations with a high degree of accuracy.
