As we scale, we’re building stronger financial systems to support our growth and need a detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to help us stay on track.

The Role

We’re looking for an Accounting Coordinator (AP/AR & Payroll) who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. You’ll also play a key role in ensuring accountability by monitoring transactions, enforcing receipt submission, and flagging issues before they become problems.

What You’ll Do
  • Record and categorize daily transactions in Xero.
  • Reconcile bank, credit card, Ramp, and Float accounts weekly.
  • Match passenger counts to attraction tickets purchased.
  • Cross-check Travel payouts with booking data to catch discrepancies.
  • Process supplier invoices via Dext/Xero and manage AP aging.
  • Track AR, follow up on overdue balances, and resolve payout issues.
  • Run payroll for guides, staff, and full-time employees.
  • Validate timesheets, commissions, and bonuses.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll tax requirements in Canada (and US where applicable).
  • Enforce the “no receipt, no reimbursement” policy.
  • Escalate missing receipts or compliance issues.
  • Prepare weekly dashboards and support month-end close with accurate reports.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years bookkeeping/accounting experience.
  • Proficiency in Xero, Dext, Ramp, and Float.
  • Strong understanding of AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
  • Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, variance analysis).
  • High attention to detail and ability to enforce policies.
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or ticket-based industries is an asset.
Why Join See Sight Tours?
  • Be part of a profitable, growing travel company.
  • Work with modern financial tools (Xero, Dext, Ramp, Float).
  • Direct impact on building accountability and financial discipline.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Flexible hybrid work environment.
