Account Manager I (Mid-Market/Enterprise) — Saskatoon, SK

About the Job

As an Account Manager on our Agency Sales team, you’ll be the strategic lead for a portfolio of Agency Channel Partners — from onboarding new partners to supporting long-standing relationships. Your mission is to empower their success by providing data-backed insights, training, and ongoing support that helps them unlock the full value of Vendasta’s platform, proprietary solutions, and third-party marketplace tools.

You’ll use a mix of consultative selling, relationship management, and AI-enhanced workflows to drive partner growth, ensure retention, and spot opportunities for expansion. Whether guiding a partner through onboarding or recommending automation strategies powered by our platform, you’ll act as a trusted advisor who understands their business challenges and provides meaningful solutions.

Your Impact

As an Account Manager, you will collaborate with Channel Sales, Product, and Partner Success teams to:

  • Onboard & Educate Partners: Deliver streamlined onboarding experiences supported by AI-driven prep tools and auto-personalized training sequences
  • Facilitate engaging platform demos and product education using real-time insights and usage data
  • Support full platform adoption and early wins with predictive enablement strategies
  • Strategically Grow & Manage Relationships: Build and execute tailored partner growth plans backed by performance data and automation
  • Use AI-enhanced dashboards and CRM insights to surface upsell opportunities and recommend actions
  • Serve as a trusted advisor — offering proactive, data-driven recommendations to improve platform engagement and ROI
What You Bring to the Table
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, partner management, or account management — ideally in a high-growth or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing a book of business, driving revenue growth, and delivering retention outcomes
  • Experience balancing new sales with expansion in a quota-carrying role (ideally $1.5M+ annually)
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Tech-savvy: proficient in Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach — and comfortable using AI-powered tools for content generation, call summarization, and pipeline optimization
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable in a performance-oriented environment
  • Clear, persuasive communicator who builds trust and influence with clients
