We’re looking for an energetic and results-driven Account Manager to build and grow trusted relationships with our partners across Western Canada. This is your opportunity to join a fast-paced, high-impact team that’s changing the way Canadians finance home improvements

Key Responsibilities

Partner Relationship Management

  • Be the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned dealers and contractors in Western Canada
  • Conduct regular check-ins to support partner success, identify opportunities, and resolve roadblocks
  • Act as the voice of the partner internally sharing insights and feedback with the broader team

Issue Resolution & Operational Support

  • Respond to partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat (Intercom), ensuring prompt and professional support
  • Own and resolve escalated partner issues with care and urgency
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Tech, Operations) to drive solutions and continuous improvement for our partners

Internal Collaboration & Process Optimization

  • Share partner insights to help shape product enhancements and support processes
  • Flag performance trends, documentation gaps, or risks proactively
  • Maintain accurate partner records and updates in Salesforce

What You Bring:

  • Experience in account management, customer success, or partner-facing roles (fintech, financial services, or home services is a plus)
  • Tech-savvy: comfortable navigating Salesforce, AI tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite
  • A proven ability to build trust and deliver value to clients or partners
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and a bias for action
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, remote-first environment
