A leading tech company in Toronto is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support its Global Delivery Partnerships team. This role entails managing merchant onboarding, generating operational reports, and solving real-time issues. The ideal candidate possesses 1+ years of experience in operations and is proficient in Google Workspace. A keen attention to detail and capability to manage competing priorities are essential. The position offers competitive pay and eligibility for bonuses and benefits.
Working on the Global Delivery Partnerships team means supporting the backbone of Uber Eats—our relationships with the world’s most iconic brands like Starbucks, McDonald’s, and Subway. This isn't a role where you sit back and watch; it’s a high-visibility position where your attention to detail ensures thousands of merchant locations run smoothly every day.
You’ll thrive here if you are relentless about organization and energized by the "messy" operational reality of a global platform. The pace is fast, the systems are complex, and the stakes are real—when a store isn't live or a report is inaccurate, it impacts our partners’ bottom line. We need someone with the grit to dive into the data, the curiosity to unblock technical hurdles, and the adaptability to shift priorities as fast as the market moves. If you want to learn how massive partnerships scale by actually doing the work, this is where you’ll grow.
