Qualifications

• At least two years direct, in-person experience in providing case management services to adults with disabilities.
• Experience with diverse disabilities preferred (learning disabilities, mental health conditions, etc.).
• Knowledge of guidelines, regulations, and policies governing support services in a post-secondary environment.

Responsibilities

• Independently assesses the educational support needs of students with disabilities.
• Reviews, evaluates, and interprets specialist reports and medical documentation.
• Facilitates workshops for College employees working with students with disabilities.
