Job summary
A global multi-asset broker is seeking Customer Service Rockstars for a role supporting clients in Southeast Asia. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and over 2 years of customer service experience, with fluency in English and Portuguese being mandatory. This position offers remote work during the relocation process, a competitive compensation package, and includes relocation support such as visa sponsorship. - Provide frontline support via live chat, phone, and email.

- Record and update customer data as necessary.

This is a unique opportunity for Customer Service Rockstars interested in living and developing a career in Southeast Asia: Malaysia or Thailand. The company will provide all necessary visa assistance and relocation support. During the visa processing, work remotely from your base country.
- Provide frontline support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email.
- Answer queries and resolve client issues regarding our products, platforms, and promotions.
- Address customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Record and update customer data and other relevant information when necessary.
- Support documentation / administrative needs within the department and support translation for customer announcement notices.
- Bachelor's degree (fresh graduates welcome).
- Over 2 years of experience in Customer Service, highly preferred in crypto or fintech, but any industry is welcome.
- Mandatory rotation shift schedule with night shifts once relocated.
- Experience in international settings and teams.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is MANDATORY.
- Exceptional communication skills with a superb client focus.
- Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge or interest in trading is highly desirable, but not essential.
