- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accreditation experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
- Training/teaching skills and technical writing skills
- Familiarity with the healthcare field, including Marketplace, Medicaid, and Medicare
