As part of my recruitment mission, I’m currently supporting a leading tech company operating across Europe. My client designs digital solutions tailored to the hospitality industry, with a strong focus on helping restaurants enhance both their visibility and operational efficiency. Your Role

You will be responsible for developing and managing a pipeline of prospective clients within a key market. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Making outbound calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Leading negotiations and closing deals with decision-makers.
• Presenting the value and benefits of the platform in a consultative manner.
• Adapting your approach to the specific needs of each potential partner.
• Handling objections with professionalism and proposing tailored solutions.
• Representing my client’s brand with credibility and confidence.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
• Participating occasionally in industry events and team meetings, including travel as required.

Your Profile

• You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally in a digital or hospitality-related environment.
• You are a fluent Portuguese speaker and possess strong English communication skills.
• You are comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce and managing a sales pipeline.
• You thrive in fast-paced settings and have a proven ability to close deals efficiently.
• You are goal-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in your sales approach.
• You bring excellent organizational skills and adapt easily to change.
• You have a driver's license
