As part of the RBS Retail Efficiency Brazil Merchandising team, this role plays a critical part in enabling high-quality marketing and campaign execution for Retail and Marketing stakeholders across categories. The Merchandising Associate partners closely with Retail Vendor Managers (VMs), Category Marketing Managers (CMMs), and the Global RBS Merchandising network to create, launch, and optimize marketing assets and campaigns that enhance product discoverability and customer engagement.
