PERSOL is seeking a warehouse/logistics professional in Brazil to support goods receipt, inventory control, and order fulfillment. The role requires familiarity with SAP and WMS systems, as well as a valid forklift license.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of warehouse or logistics experience, with preference for FMCG exposure and strong accuracy in stock handling and safe operation of MHE.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
• FMCG industry experience is advantageous.
• Valid forklift license is mandatory.
• Familiarity with SAP and WMS systems will be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Process GR and GI using SAP and WMS to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Communicate with customers to support order fulfillment and resolve issues promptly.
• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Receive inbound shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries per procedures.
• Organize and store inventory in designated bin locations to maximize space.
• Pick, consolidate, label, pack, and inspect orders to meet quality standards.
• Palletize goods in compliance with export and shipping requirements.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety through routine housekeeping.
• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Process Goods Receipt (GR) and Goods Issue (GI) transactions using SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to ensure accurate inventory management.

• Liaise and communicate effectively with customers to support order fulfillment and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Perform daily, monthly, and quarterly inventory cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and maintain stock accuracy.

• Receive inbound shipments and coordinate outbound deliveries in accordance with established procedures.

• Organize and store inventory in designated bin locations to maximize warehouse space utilization.

• Accurately pick, consolidate, label, pack, and inspect orders to ensure quality standards are met prior to shipment.

• Palletize goods in compliance with export and shipping requirements.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety through routine housekeeping activities.

• Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.

Job Requirements
