MCI Career Services Pte Ltd is hiring for a Purchasing role based at Senoko Drive. The position entails processing POs, supplier sourcing, quotations, negotiations, and coordinating international shipments.

The candidate will manage stock levels, supplier pricing, and ERP data with attention to accuracy and audit readiness. Requirements include a diploma/degree in a related field and 2–4 years in purchasing or supply chain, preferably with FMCG/import/export exposure.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution or import/export purchasing is an advantage.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) based on stock and business requirements.
• Source and evaluate local and overseas suppliers based on price, quality and reliability.
• Request quotations, conduct price comparisons and negotiate commercial terms.
• Follow up with suppliers on order confirmation, availability and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate overseas shipments and deliveries with suppliers, Logistics and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor stock levels and replenishment needs to prevent shortages.
• Resolve delivery, quantity, quality and damaged goods discrepancies with suppliers.
• Maintain updated supplier pricing, product information and purchasing records.
• Check supplier invoices against POs and supporting documents.
• Update purchasing information accurately in the ERP/purchasing system.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics and Finance on order and stock matters.
• Prepare purchasing reports and maintain proper documentation for audit purposes.
• Monitor supplier performance and support purchasing and process improvements.

Job Summary

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $4000
• Working hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.45pm), Alternate Saturday (8.30am -12.30pm)
• Working Location: Senoko Drive

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement or supply chain.
• Experience in FMCG, food distribution or import/export purchasing is an advantage.
• Experience working with overseas suppliers is preferred.
• Good negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems is an advantage.
