TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is hiring an Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate stock records, update levels in the ERP system, and collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.

The position requires data analysis to identify trends, manage stock levels, and generate regular performance reports such as turnover and stockouts. ITE or higher, SAP and advanced Excel experience are preferred.

• Data entry and data management skills.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail in inventory processes.

Responsabilidades

• Input and update inventory data in the system e.g., stock levels, stock adjustments promptly and correctly.
• Data verification with internal team and reconcile discrepancies to ensure system accuracy.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control procedures to minimize errors and loss.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends, potential shortages, and excess stock
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, balancing supply and demand.
• Collaborate with purchasing and sales to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Generate regular inventory reports, summarizing key metrics (e.g., stock turnover, inventory value, stockout rates).
• Identify and analyse trends, provide recommendations for improvement, and support decision-making.
• Administrative Export Duties support, i.e., billing and documentations follow up.
• Ad hoc responsibilities from manager.

Job Requirements

• ITE and above qualifications.
• At least 1 year and above experience in inventory management.
• Ability to analyse inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and potential issues.
• This includes understanding key metrics like stock turnover, days on hand, and reorder points.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and system – ERP – SAP and Advance Excel.
• Data entry and data management skills.
