Prima Food Pte Ltd in Norte region is seeking a warehouse operator to support daily operations, handling goods receipt and dispatch, and maintaining accurate batch and location records for shipment.

The role requires physical fitness to perform housekeeping, sanitization, stock counts, and adherence to HACCP and SOP guidelines. Experience in warehousing or logistics is beneficial.

Qualificações

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations
• Able to meet the physical demands of the role to perform warehouse housekeeping and daily operational duties

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and transferring finished goods, ensuring batch numbers, quantities and product conditions are accurate and well placed for shipment
• Handling issuance of goods for export customers, container stuffing, recording of container and sealing numbers, and maintaining proper warehouse documentation and location records
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and SOP requirements, including cleanliness and maintenance checks
• Perform stock counts, discrepancy re-counts, warehouse housekeeping, daily sanitization, and inventory monitoring
• Support daily warehouse operations such as loading and unloading, picking and packing, goods receiving, FIFO practices, and timely preparation for delivery
• Carry out ad hoc duties and any additional responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for receiving and transferring finished goods, ensuring batch numbers, quantities, and product conditions are accurate and well placed in good condition for shipment.




• Handle issuance of goods for export customers, container stuffing, recording of container and sealing numbers, and maintaining proper warehouse documentation and location records.




• Ensure compliance with HACCP and SOP requirements, including cleanliness and maintenance checks.




• Perform stock counts, discrepancy re-counts, warehouse housekeeping, daily sanitization, and inventory monitoring.




• Support daily warehouse operations such as loading and unloading, picking and packing, goods receiving, FIFO practices, and timely preparation for delivery.




• Carry out ad hoc duties and any additional responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Experience in warehouse, logistics or inventory operations will be an advantage




• Able to meet the physical demands of the role to perform warehouse housekeeping and daily operational duties
