Tee Yih Jia Food Manufacturing Pte Ltd is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Planning professional to oversee material planning, forecasting, and stock control. You will lead a team, maintain accurate stock records, and coordinate inbound/outbound activities to support production needs.

The role requires hands-on planning, discrepancy resolution, and adherence to safety procedures. Shifts cover day, mid, and night to support 5.5-day weeks.

Qualificações

• Experience in material planning and forecasting.
• Strong inventory control and stock replenishment knowledge.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and drive improvements.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and warehouse safety.
• Ability to work with warehouse reports and records.

Responsabilidades

• Formulating strategies and policies to reach organizational objectives.
• Responsible for Material Planning requirements and forecasting.
• Responsible for warehouse inventory forecasting.
• Inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, inbound/outbound processing.
• Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system.
• Manage warehouse operations while supervising a team of warehouse personnel.
• Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space.
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend improvements.
• Analyze errors in warehouse operations and identify root causes.
• Manage warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and procedures.
• Must withstand temperatures as low as -18°C when moving in/out of the warehouse.

• Responsible for inventory control accuracy, stock replenishment, capacity planning, timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
• Maintain reliable and accurate stock records in the system
• Manage warehouse operations while supervising a team of warehouse personnel
• Daily planning and control of inventories and warehouse space
• Identify and investigate inventory discrepancies and recommend for improvement
• Conduct analysis of errors made in warehouse operations and identify root causes
• Manage warehouse inventory reports/other warehouse reports
• Demonstrate full understanding of safe work practices and procedures
• Candidate must be able to withstand temperatures as low as -18 degrees Celsius when going in and out of the warehouse to resolve issues when required

Work Location: 5 Senoko Road

Day Shift: 5.5 days workweek

Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm

Sat or Sun 8am - 12pm

Mid Shift: 5.5 days workweek

Mon-Fri 12:00pm - 9:00pm

Sat or Sun 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Night Shift: 5 days workweek

Mon to Sun, 9pm to 7am
