EZSVS SINGAPORE(PTE.) LTD. is seeking a warehouse associate to support stock intake, order picking, and inventory control. The role requires coordinating with Mandarin-speaking colleagues and customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring labels and scans reflect item condition.

The candidate should have a diploma or higher and be comfortable working under pressure, with occasional overtime. Proficiency in Excel and basic IDC facility knowledge are advantageous in this position.

Qualificações

• Diploma/college degree or above is required.
• Must be able to communicate in Mandarin with associates and customers.
• Experience in asset management, warehouse management or IDC related areas is preferred.
• Basic knowledge about IDC facilities is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Excel and standard Office tools is expected.
• Capable of working under pressure and accepting overtime when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving incoming stock and materials, and picking and filling orders.
• Sort, organize and retrieve stock.

• Report damaged or missing inventory to supervisors.
• Stack and organize large bulk items.
• Update logs and documentation for inventory processing.
• Keep warehouse premises neat and clean.
• Organize and maintain records of inventories up to date.

Responsibilities：

Requirements：

• Have local identity, diploma/college degree or above
• Able to speak Mandarin in order to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and customers
• Asset management, warehouse management or IDC related experience is preferential
• Basic knowledge about IDC facilities
• Familiar use Office tools such as EXCEL
• Can work under pressure, and accept overtime work sometimes
