RK Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Supervisor in Woodlands, Singapore. You will supervise daily shipping operations, lead the team, and coordinate with customers, carriers, and 3PLs to ensure timely export/import execution.

You will use SAP for document generation, manage LC compliance, and drive process improvements while maintaining records and supporting EOQ activities. Overtime may be required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding, including supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience handling import/export documentation.
• Familiar with Incoterms and basic customs procedures.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work overtime when required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
• Lead the shipping team, including manpower planning, task allocation, and daily operational support.
• Coordinate with internal departments, customers, freight forwarders, carriers, couriers, and 3PL providers.
• Oversee the preparation of import/export shipping documents, including Delivery Orders, Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Arrival Notices.
• Manage courier shipments (e.g. DHL, FedEx), shipment schedules, and resolve operational issues or customer enquiries.
• Generate shipping documents using SAP and ensure compliance with Letter of Credit (LC) requirements where applicable.
• Support end-of-quarter (EOQ) shipment activities to meet delivery and billing deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and prepare operational reports.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
• Escalate manpower or operational resource constraints when necessary and provide supervisory support during the Shipping Supervisor's absence.
