UX / UI Lead Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and hands‑on Design & Innovation Lead to become the beating heart of our organization. Facilitate design thinking workshops, design sprints, and co‑creation sessions with senior stakeholders to uncover user needs and business challenges. Synthesize complex information from research and workshops to reframe business challenges into actionable problem statements. Translate abstract ideas into tangible concepts, creating low and high‑fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and service blueprints. Design end‑to‑end service experiences and business models, considering all touchpoints and back‑stage processes. Act as a trusted advisor on innovation and digital transformation journeys.

The ideal candidate has experience working in or with major industries in LATAM (e.g., Finance, Agribusiness, Retail), understands business strategy, and can articulate the ROI of design.

They should be a systems thinker who can connect user experience to business processes and technology architecture, thrive in ambiguity, and manage multiple stakeholders.
